Permanent Jewellery Training – Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in a Permanent Jewellery Training Course (in-person or online) with MRH Ltd, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Course Overview
MRH Ltd offers training in permanent jewellery through both online and in-person formats. These are vocational, skill-based programmes designed to equip students to begin offering permanent jewellery services professionally.
This training is not an accredited qualification, nor does it guarantee business success. Additional practice, learning, and legal preparation are the student’s responsibility.

2. Eligibility
Students must:
* Be 18 years or older
* Be physically able to use electrical tools safely
* Ensure they comply with all local laws and regulations, including insurance and safety.

3. What’s Included
In-Person Training Includes:
* Practical, hands-on training
* Access to training materials and protocols
* Demonstrations and guided application
* Certificate of Completion

Online Training Includes:
* Access to pre-recorded modules for lifetime (or until the course no longer exists)
* Downloadable resources and supporting content
* Certificate of Completion (upon full completion of course content)
* Access to a private student group (optional)

4. Post-Training Support
* 1:1 mentorship is not included unless explicitly purchased.
* General support is offered via email or the student Facebook group and live calls.
* Students must reach out directly for help. L

5. Facebook Group Participation
Access to our private student Facebook group is offered as a community bonus, not as a guaranteed support channel. Participation is optional. Responses to posts or comments are not guaranteed.

6. Online Course Access
* Students are granted to unlimited access to the course from enrolment.
* Content is for personal, non-transferable use. It must not be shared, copied, or redistributed.
* Access may be removed if terms are violated.

7. In-Person Model Use
* Students are encouraged to bring a model to in-person sessions if required.
* Leaving with a completed jewellery set is not promised as part of training.

8. Tools, Equipment & Stock
* MRH Ltd offers guidance on equipment, welders, and stock sourcing. Final purchasing decisions are the student's responsibility.
* MRH Ltd accepts no liability for the performance, safety, or reliability of any third-party supplier or product.

9. Legal Compliance
* MRH Ltd accepts no liability for non-compliance with legal or insurance requirements.

10. Student Responsibility & Readiness
* Certification confirms course completion, not competence or licensure.
* Students are responsible for further practice and ensuring confidence before working with clients.
* No guarantee is made regarding business outcomes or client success following training.

11. Refund Policy
* Course fees are non-refundable once course materials are accessed or training is attended.
* No refunds will be issued due to change of mind or difficulty launching a business.
* In the event of an MRH Ltd cancellation, a new date or refund will be offered.

12. Complaints
* Any concerns must be submitted in writing within 14 days of your training session or course start.
* MRH Ltd will assess all issues fairly and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

13. Intellectual Property
All course content, templates, videos, and materials remain the intellectual property of MRH Ltd.
They may not be reproduced, repurposed, distributed, or used to train others without written permission.

14. Media & Marketing
Photos or videos may be taken during training. These may be used for promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing before your session.

15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any legal disputes will be resolved under this jurisdiction.
